INCLUDED IN ESTIMATE

• Dust all light fixtures, furniture, sills, shelves and decorations
• Remove cobwebs
• Sweep, vacuum, mop all floors, carpets, rugs and stairs
• Vacuum upholstered furniture
• Clean glass surfaces
• General tidying (make beds)
• Empty wastebaskets
• Spot Clean

Bathrooms

• Clean showers, tubs and sinks inside and out.
• Scrub toilet
• Clean, dry and shine all mirrors, chrome and tile
• Clean cabinet fronts
• Clean all reachable shelves and fixtures

Kitchen

• Clean, dry and shine all appliance surfaces, range hood and sink.
• Clean stove drip pans, burner grates and control knobs
• Wash countertop(s)
• Clean microwave and coffee maker inside and out
• Empty toaster tray and polish exterior

EXTRAS

• Wash dishes
• Load and unload dishwasher
• Wash, dry and fold laundry
• Change linen (beds)
• Blinds
• Wash walls
• other personal requests

TERMS OF SERVICE

Taxes are not included. Every hour of this minimum refers to a one-person (cleaner) hour. Fortnightly, weekly, and twice weekly service rates can occur only after the first service rate (occasional) has been applied for the initial cleaning per customer.

Penalty Fees

• A 25$ lock-out fee is incurred for all locations where the cleaner is locked out for 15 minutes or more by the fault of the client.
• A 60$ cancellation fee will be incurred for any insufficient notice time (less than 24 hours) that cannot be justified.
• If the cleaner fails to show without notice and without justifiable cause, the customer will be compensated with a 10% discount off his or her next cleaning.

AVAILABLE FREQUENCIES FOR REGULAR CUSTOMERS

• Fortnightly (cleaning every 14 days)
• Weekly (cleaning every 7 days)
• Twice a week (cleaning on the same 2 weekdays every week)
