TERMS OF SERVICE
*Minimum job length of 3 hours. Taxes are extra. “Hour” refers to one person-hour. Bi-weekly, weekly and 2X weekly service rates
can occur only after first service rate for each new customer location.
A $25 lock-out fee is incurred for all
locations where the cleaner is locked out of the location for at least 15
minutes by fault of the client.
Cancellations and rescheduling within 12
hours of cleaning will incur a $25 rebooking fee. Cancellations and rescheduling made 12 hours
or more before cleaning will not be charged any fees (service rate may change)
but must be made by voicemail or with a manager or owner of Maid in Montreal
(514-488-8836) and not with cleaner.
The “fixed time block” is charged for each
cleaner sent, as are subsequent “additional hours”. Bi-weekly, weekly and 2X weekly cleaning
rates are lost to the client upon a timeslot change, this applies to the “fixed
time block” only (eg. A regular service on Mondays from 9-13 changed to Tuesday
9-13 will be charged 64.95$ for the first 3 hours and 15.95$ for the subsequent
hour – timeslot changes will therefore incur a charge of 5-10$ by a change in
the “fixed time block” pricing. Temporary disruption of service will be treated like a timeslot change.
