We use your equipment to avoid spreading germs and other unwanted things from house to house and to lighten our global footprint.
Most of our cleaners travel by public transport.
We do our best to make sure our regular customers get the same cleaner in their preferred time slots every time. A record of the client’s preferences is kept for a replacement cleaner in case it is ever necessary.
We are a family-run business and as such our cleaners are all hard-working, trustworthy members of that family.
We try to match our cleaners to the right client by assessing the client’s specific needs, preferred time slots and geographical proximity. We try to pair the client’s needs and preferences to the skill-set of the cleaner.
We will not charge an arm and a leg for difficult “extras” like cleaning the inside of an oven. This request will merely add some time to the overall duration.
